I worked with Tanya for over a year at Mentora, where she ran technical projects and supported the Engineering and Product teams. I got to see Tanya's incredible attention to detail when she proposed opportunities for the product and engineering team to reduce latency in the Mentora app. She tested the app in multiple conditions (Wifi, 2G, 3G networks, etc.) and then came forward with specific, actionable items that the team could fix. It showed her tendency to be proactive with ideas, and to step up and lead projects. Over time, we came to rely on her for issues big and small. Every time a project was in Tanya's hands, the team knew that they could rest easy. Tanya would do whatever it took to accomplish the mission, and constantly communicate any updates or blockers via crisp, bulleted emails, that could be acted upon. Overall, it is a pleasure to work with Tanya, and she levels up the quality of any team she's in. I look forward to working with her again.
